Service Description

Create an unforgettable experience for your little one with Phantasy Party Theming's Enchanted Kids Party. With everything included in the Charmed Kids Party, plus two hours of entertainment, kids can enjoy a entertainment options such as a kids DJ, character hire, balloon twisting, and more. And, to top it off, a mini photo session allows you to cherish the memories made on the day for years to come. Get ready for the party of your child's dreams. Our "Enchanted" package includes: • Beautifully styled table set up in your chosen theme including table & chair hire, tableware, chair sashes and table décor. • Themed photo backdrop (210cm x 150cm and balloon garland (up to 6M) • 2 x additional themed tables to use as necessary for example: Food/Snacks/Drinks/Cake​/Gift Station • 2 hours of party entertainment+ (Possible inclusions character hire, balloon twisting, craft activity, party games, disco, glitter hair braiding or colour hair spraying, a storytelling, photo session, cake ceremony and a small gift or letter for the birthday child!) • Premium party favour bags or treat boxes filled with a selection of themed party favours* (where available or mixed selection if not licensed) / balloon / sticker or tattoo / small packet of chips / blowouts / bubble wands, play doh, pop tops, chocolate bar (*actual selection will depend upon available items in your selected theme and age appropriateness.) • Personalisation of your party including printed invitations, welcome board, food, drink, party favour labels. • Parents Pack with suggested party schedule, party tips, party food ideas, Spotify playlists and more!


Cancellation Policy

Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund but we do offer a date change and will try our best to accommodate you. If you would like to make any changes to your order, we require 7 business days’ notice in advance of your delivery/installation date. If you inform us within 7 business days, a 25-50% charge of the overall value will apply in addition to the original payment, due to the nature of the product, having already ordered your stock, the possibility of reordering stock and express shipping costs. On the unlikely chance of cancellation due to notifiable disease (i.e. COVID-19) or force majeure (natural and unavoidable catastrophes due to weather) the same will apply as above, Phantasy Party Theming will try and accommodate a date move.
